Axiana provides consultative, medical and mental health services for patients up to age 26.

Initial visits with our providers are largely informational; we get to know you, and you get to know us.

We do not currently have the capacity to get bloodwork done in the office, but we do provide lab order sheets for our patients to get them done at a Quest, Lab Corp, Primex, or primary care provider's office.
